[TUNIS] / [تونس]

2K-video, color, 5.1 dolby surround + stereo, 14’33”

A sea between languages – four German-Tunisians search for words. Translating a poem turns into a long and heated discussion about language, culture, heritage, migration, refugees and — inescapably — politics.
A documentary experimental film based on the poem [Tunis] by Adrian Kasnitz, 2013.
